"It's easy" they told me. I think everyone that have ever been on a message chat board know who "they" are. The people that have at least 4 years of computer science under their belt and claim that creating a web sight is simple as anything else you can do on the Internet these days. So, I head out and buy about a half an armload of books on the subject. Oh, I studied programming years back. I think Java was first being developed at the time and still written on stone tablets. I never completed my studies because of some reason or another.
"There has got to be a simpler way" is what I kept telling myself. So searching the Internet I found quite a few programs that could help. Lots of "free-ware" stuff  that did seem to make the job a lot easer. Fortunately the web server at Servage had a solution with their down loadable "Website Builder" by Affilisys LLC (you have to have an account with them to use it though). For the most part it was used as a learning tool if nothing else. Of course because it was so simple most of My-Ezine.com has several pages that were created with only that tool alone.
So, after building a page, what then? Well, optimizing it. WebCEO was the tool of choice. Works well, and has a lot of bells and whistles to play with. Believe me there are way too many to go into detail. It may be enough to say that after the base programming of the website, it seems to have everything else you would need.
Before doing all the above, what about design? AH-HA!! there was no program I had found that can really help with that. And, believe me, I am not that creative. Or at least this is what I thought. Once a person decides to do something challenging, their either going to give up or continue through until it gets done. I decided to do the latter. It took months to come up with a format for the website and that format must have changed about 4 to 5 times a month. At last, here is this issue. Almost complete. All is left is the  software page, and it will get updated (I hope) so often that it's quite alright to be void free program links for now............
